introduction
Even after 6.5 years with Envoy, I'm still amazed by how it feels to be seen, heard, and valued. I'm sure many of you can relate! Envoy encourages us to practice this in our own contexts, but I wonder what impact being seen, heard, and valued by your Envoy community has had on you?

If this year has been your first experience of Envoy I can imagine that being seen, heard, and valued has sometimes felt affirming, sometimes encouraging, sometimes challenging, and sometimes uncomfortable! Regardless of my response to ‘How then shall I live?’ every week, I am compelled to keep leaning into evangelism that is unique to me and guided by the Holy Spirit. My evangelism is shaped by my character, my gifts, by the things that move my heart, by the context I’m in, by my history, by my neurology, by my relationships. But it is also shaped by God, the one who knows and loves me and everyone in this whole wide world beyond measure. Being invited to participate in God’s mission just as he made us is SO exciting! We don’t have to copy. We don’t have to compare. Pressure lifts and freedom rises!
I wonder whether you have felt encouraged in knowing that God has forged an evangelism in you that is totally unique to you?

As you consider that question, I’d love to introduce you to a video that has really inspired me. In it, you’ll meet a woman called Pumpkin who is unashamedly herself! She uses everything that God made unique about her to communicate Jesus’ love to everyone she encounters.
